IRC commands

Well i usually use mIRC i try to talk in server last night but failed

no commands at IRC to use as i was admin at IRC some one was hacking in server but fail to ba him due to no cmds cant talk in server nothing just watch the IRC quotes

I suggest to add some commands at IRC which as usually usefull ...
like
talking in server
Kick / ban player
!players for server players
admins commands
normal players commands

Ok we will change the irc script version cuz the current is bugged because Thomas scripting failed
