As i've been planing a few weeks ego 'refreshing' the staff list of Extreme Addicts Server to reach a better administration. Actually I have evaluated the performance of each staff member, their participation ingame and the effectiveness with his moderator/administrator powers and rights. I prepared a list developed by me and Tato, showing the promotions/demotions according with our opinions:
Promotions: *[VU_R]Inferno:
level 0 to level 5 (Promoted as Administrator)Others: Well Inferno, you really showed us that you deserve this rank at EA. You helped alot to the server even in the worst moments. Hope you to keep this good work, and congratulations!
*[VU_R]Metalord:
level 0 to level 5 (Promoted as Administrator)Others: The same as i've said to Inferno, dispite you are a bit new for the server you have performed a great work Meta. Well deserved rank amigo! Congratulations
Demotions:*Ev0K:
level 3 to level 0.Others: Evok/xGrandoIz, i've appreciated your dedication to EA. But you difficulties with the Inglish made it very difficult with the communication between the staff and even with me. Also i've never seen you protecting the server, i mean kicking hackers/rule breakers etc. Your role in the server was more like Designer than moderator. Good luck
*Thomas:
level 8 to level 0.Others: Thomas your actitude hasn't been enough suitable to stay in the staff. The behavior at IRC and your carelessness banning/kicking players proved that you didn't deserve this role. Also you were 'playing' with idles of IRC and messing up. Im sorry hope you can change your actitude, good luck.

level 3 to level 0.Others: You have been inactive for weeks, even you have never visit the forum as the staff usually do. On the other hand, I noticed that you had doubts when you had to kick hackers PMing admins ingame asking if you should kick him or not.

level 8 to level 3.Others: The same as Misterious. You have been inactive for a long time, we need you more active. Try to improve that, good luck
