that guy is constant ban evading caught him 2 days ago yesterday 7 times and topday 3 times

isn't there anything like nick-ban? this guy should be nick-banned! moreover [EXT]Rider is also under his ip (may b rider is one of his aliases) both of them are continously evading and hacking too! especially rider's fps hack+headshot protection hack! they deserve nick-ban!
