autokick bug

Problem -you are facing: everyones getting autokicked for a word like !battle and if your auto kicked (this happend with me) rejoin and do for example !battle again your immediatly auto kicked
Extra:
Solution - if you have: put a time limit on it so that for example if you do !battle a timer of 15 seconds will go of if you spam it in those 15 sconds then your getting autokicked i think such thing would be usefull castagna

This bug has been already reported by Baldachyn, we fixed it anyways thanks for the report Brian

EDITED: I will disable the spam system untill we re-write it due we can't find the bug.
