Use Sony Vegas 11's full version.You can edit video well.Just use fraps.Use the highest resolution for the game(it changes monitor to monitor).If you change and it gets back to older one,you deleted gtavc.set file fire GTAVC User Files.After editing the video,render as the highest resolution.And make a nice video.
