hey, we should add /c slap cmd for admin, we can use it on noobs etc  :)

there is /c warn cmd already available for nabs....!

that cmd kill nabs, /c slap will be make player hp low :P

/c slap would be pretty ****,/c warn is ok for nubs.No requirement for /c slap i guess.

actually that command would work for example
a HP hacker is found ingame
player reports it
admin checks it
!slap or /c slap hacker
admin slapped hacker (-20) HP
hacker 80 HP immediatly goes back to 100
admin Banned hacker
