A new fresh database.

Today I've removed the old database, and replaced for a fresh one. All vehicles, stats, properties, and accounts has been deleted due technical issues. This database will be maintained even for v2.7, so well .. have a good start  :P.

Make sure to register in the server again, otherwise your signature wont find your account stats.
