to prevent players from using all the time

when you are nearly killing a player and he uses the truck, it becomes a disadvantage!

nah don't remove it

if someone did = KICK
 like diego today he was healing he's self but if you saw a  player doing in middle of a fight kick him for

"healevading" lol that's nice word
