Sorry,but my vote is a no,reasons are:
*You mostly act like a retard (you never post once your app is denied,but when you make a app,you start bumping old topics)
*You dont have much experience out here
*And you have no experience at all in administration.

I dont think you can carry out this duty efficiently,try to know the staff and server rules and regulations more and you have my vote.
