i suggest to subnetban him and ZeD im almost everytime on IRC so try to PM me and i see what i can do

i'll get u on irc next time
and i suggest u not to ban his subnet coz he's also from pak (my country), and some of our admins are also from pak so they might also get under this subnet ban!
